Welcome to Kimpton Tryon Park. We are so happy that you’ve chosen to stay with us in the Queen City and look forward to welcoming you!

We're continuing to monitor developments and following guidance provided by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), World Health Organization (WHO) and the State of North Carolina. To help safeguard your health and best serve you during your stay with us, we've made necessary modifications to our amenities and services. In addition to our rigorous standard housekeeping routines, we've increased the frequency of our cleaning procedures and have put in place additional measures to enhance our disinfection protocol in public areas. Kimpton Tryon Park opened in November 2017. Then in 2019, our hotel building received the LEED Gold Award, this was a major achievement for our design and construction teams, as currently there are very few hotels in the US that carry this designation. In 2020, we installed a state-of-the-art air cleaning system created by Global Plasma Solutions in our guest rooms and public spaces, including our gym, restaurants and meeting rooms. As air travels through our system it is safely cleansed of airborne irritants like viruses, dust and pollens. This system is similar to those in place at hospitals, technology companies and other environments that require safe and sterilized air, including The White House.

Digital Check-in & Checkout​:

  • Our hotel now offers convenient digital check-in and checkout, so you can come and go with greater ease, and stay focused on your real priority—making the most of your stay. Signature Kimpton Programs:

  • Where can I find coffee in the morning?
    • Morning Coffee Service is available at Angeline's Restaurant from 7:00a.m. - 10:00a.m. or a coffee maker with K Cups can be provided upon request.
  • Morning Kick-Start will feature a “Kimpton Get Up + Go” playlist
  • Evening Social Hour will now offer an opportunity to unwind and relax over a glass of wine or a cold beer in the comfort of your room. Visit the front desk for additional details.
  • Kimpton bikes are available on a first come first served basis and will have an additional layer of disinfection with the guest present prior to bike check out.
  • Robes for use during your stay are available upon request.
  • In-room Spa Services are available by appointment only.

Parking Services:

  • Kimpton Tryon Park offers daily and overnight parking for our guests.
    • Overnight valet parking is available for $35 per night and includes unlimited 'in and out' privileges.
    • Daily valet parking begins at $6 per hour.
  • Additionally, there are numerous public garages in the area that can be accessed and paid directly at that garage. Kimpton Tryon Park’s Guest Services team can advise of their locations.

Housekeeping Services:

  • To protect the safety of our guests and employees, our housekeeping service is completely contactless. This means that our housekeeping team will only enter your room during your stay upon request.
  • We have removed certain guest room items (think throw pillows, pens/paper, books and robes) as a precautionary measure or in some cases made changes to other in room amenities. Learn more about Kimpton's Approach to Clean.
  • For extended stay guests our team will check in daily via text to offer contactless delivery of towels, sheets or trash pick-up.
  • You can also text us directly at 980-206-0068 to request delivery at any time including our "Forgot It, We Got It" items such as a toothbrush or razor.

Minibar:

  • In need of a snack or a cold drink? Stop by the front desk to purchase a variety of mini-bar items from our pop-up bodega.

Dining Services:

  • Angeline’s offers a modern, Italian-influenced menu in the form of house-made pastas, wood-fired pizzas and simple yet flavorful small plates in an energetic and comforting environment. Due to social distancing requirements, advance reservations are strongly suggested. View Hours and Menus.
  • Merchant & Trade our rooftop lounge is a vibrant retreat of sleek and modern furnishings and soft lighting. Join us for amazing views and an expertly crafted cocktail at Charlotte's premier rooftop destination. Merchant & Trade is a 21+ lounge and reservations are required.   • Grab and Go items are available for purchase daily from Angelines. Place an order ahead of time or stop by the restaurant to order with a host. Order Delivery through Door Dash.

In-Room Dining:

  • In Room Dining is available for guest room contactless delivery for dinner. Place an in-room dining order by contacting our guest services team or online.

Concierge Services:

  • Looking for ice? For your safety, we have suspended our in-floor ice machine service in lieu of contactless delivery. Contact us at extension 0 or text 980-206-0068 and we’ll take care of the rest.

Fitness Center:

  • The fitness center is open 24/7 with social distancing guidelines. It’s located on 4th floor and accessible with a guest key card.

Business Center:

  • The business center is currently closed. Please visit the front desk for copy and printing services.
